This is a blog about how thinking and feeling or logic and emotions drive organizational behavior (and indeed every aspect of our daily lives–political, economic, relationships, to name a few).  I am a social psychologist who has worked with businesses for over 25 years as an advisor, coach, trainer, mentor, planner, and conscience.  Looking back on my time working with individuals, helping them avoid career killing behaviors, from a variety of industries and at all levels of organizations; my one, over-arching notion is how much our emotions drive our decisions; yet how much we use logic and data to justify them.   I will raise some of the issues I’ve experienced in my career, post information that I think you will find interesting, and hope you will join in on the discussion.

If you would like more information about me please go to rarm.com, or contact me. I also read, and might edit, all comments before they are posted.
